Simon has a passion for collecting 20th-century design and art, a pursuit he continues alongside his own design work. He believes many great designs from the past - now considered classics - reflect ideas he might have created himself, had they not already existed. With his deep knowledge of design history, Bill is able to source unique and hard-to-find pieces, while also taking commissions for his own original designs.

A rare and practical example of a Pierre Chapo B40 desk that was designed in the early 1970s, crafted in beautifully aged solid elm. This piece is as functional as it is sculptural - the ingenious rotating tabletop allows you to adjust the orientation to suit your working style or room layout, whether at home or in a professional setting.

Its minimalist yet robust construction reflects Chapo’s signature blend of architectural precision and organic materiality, making it a timeless addition to any design-conscious workspace. Ideal for those who value flexibility without compromising on craftsmanship or aesthetics.
